Pick one area of your life you'd like to shift 

 

Day 1: 

 

Identity:

1. Who are you in this area of your life?

2. Who do you want to be?

 

Day 2:

 

Values:

1. What's important to the ideal you about this area of your life?

2. What do you need to do to make this important to you now? 

 

Day 3:

 

Beliefs:

1. What beliefs does the ideal you have about this area of your life?

2. What's limiting you from believing this?

 

Write down your answer as a note or one sheeter to refer to daily to install it with self-hypnosis.
